OFET was recognized as a “Distinguished Company in Pharmaceutical Innovation” at the Prix Galien 2023, with the Group’s President and CEO, Julia Tseti, receiving the award from the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Kostis Hatzidakis.
In her speech, she emphasized: “The Tsetis Group is deeply connected with innovation, responsible entrepreneurship, sustainable development, excellence, equal employment opportunities, and gender equality. We embrace excellence, and this philosophy is fully adopted by our more than 600 employees. Over the past decade, we have invested more than €120 million, with over €50 million allocated between 2019-2021 for the complete renovation of UNI-PHARMA’s first and historic factory and the establishment of Uniherbo, a facility dedicated to leveraging Greece’s rich biodiversity.
Between 2018 and 2021, the Group has independently funded 37 research projects, 20 of which were scholarships awarded by the NPO KLEON TSETIS Foundation. As a result of this continuous investment in innovation, OFET has been awarded more than 100 historic patents”.
