Sending your CV and other data (cover letter, video, etc.) to our company requires and implies that you expressly accept the following terms:

By sending your CV or other data, you consent to the processing by our company of your data for the purpose of assessing your abilities in order to examine the possibilities of our cooperation. You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to dataprivacy@uni-pharma.gr, in this case we will not be able to consider the possibility of cooperation.
By sending your CV, which is done under your responsibility and as a candidate, you declare that:
- the information contained therein is accurate and true,
- you do not provide information about a third party except with the prior express authorization of that person;
- you do not provide information on special categories of personal data (political opinions, beliefs, trade union membership, etc.)
- you agree and accept our company’s Data Protection Policy,
Your information is collected either directly from you or through third parties who provide services or access to recruitment platforms for our company, such as Workable. The platform allows us to link data you share with us with other public information (e.g. on social media) which we will process solely in connection with the job you have applied for. The filtering of nominations according to specific criteria through the platform is an automated process, but decisions to fill positions are made by the HR department of our company.
For the purposes of processing, your data may be accessed by persons authorized by our company. In addition, the data is transmitted and stored on the servers provided by our company and may be transmitted outside the European Economic Area, if, for example, a processor on behalf of our company is based or uses servers outside the European Economic Area. For transfers of personal data to countries that have not been deemed by the European Commission to provide an adequate level of protection of personal data, in case such transfers take place, appropriate measures are taken to protect personal data, in accordance with the provisions of European and national legislation.
The data included in your CV and/or in any other data you submit with your application under your consent are kept by our company securely at its premises or at the facilities / servers of its partners, for a period of thirty-six (36) months from the date of their submission.
You have the right to update and access your personal data, to correct them if they are inaccurate or incomplete, to delete or restrict their processing to the extent permitted by law, to portability in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit them to another controller, to object to processing. You may withdraw your consent at any time, and the lawfulness of the data processing that took place before the withdrawal of your consent is not affected.
If you consider that the processing of your personal data violates Regulation 2016/679, you have the right to send a complaint to the Greek Personal Data Protection Authority.
